Seattle-based "Treefold" delivers a collaborative, original sound, through group-compositions and fresh spins on classic jazz standards. The ensemble explores the interplay, rich textures, and sonic landscape of the chordless trio, featuring Kandin Neri on sax, Tony Lefaive on bass, and Rocky Martin on drums. Fredy Andrés is a multi-instrumentalist and composer with a love for building community through the act of playing joyful music. Born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico and raised in Washington, and Maryland, Fredy Andrés has been described as having a warm, and joyous sound. The Essence is a young up and coming band led by Fredy Andrés. Their specialty lies in exploring the multitude of sounds within the jazz genre, performing arrangements by Robert Glasper, Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Michel Camilo, and many more.
